What is amplitude?
The absolute value of the maximum displacement from a zero value during one period of an oscillation. Basically, it's the distance the AmpBIT travels during its revolution.
What is an AmpBIT?
The AmpBIT is the TheraGun attachment, made out of a special foam material that has the perfect firmness to provide deep treatment on the muscle (but not firm enough to hurt). It stands for Amplitude Blood Flow Increased Treatment.
Why do you have different AmpBITs?
Currently, we have two AmpBITs: a small ball and cone. The AmpBITs allow users to customize their treatment based on the muscle they are working on. The ball is used for general areas, while the cone is used when treating a smaller, more confined muscle area. We are working on additional AmpBITs, so stay tuned!
They can be found here: Ball & Cone
How long does an AmpBIT last?
An AmpBIT typically lasts about 3 months for professional users who use it more than 20 hours a week.

How hard do you push with the TheraGun while using it?
It is best to allow the TheraGun to float on the body slowly while applying pressure.
While treating others, we recommend that you get constant feedback from the person being treated. The vibration that the Theragun uses helps the body adapt to the pressure. Therefore, the longer you use the Theragun, the more comfortable the patient becomes with the pressure applied.
Is there a specific length of time to use the TheraGun?
Dr. Jason suggests using the G1 for no more than 12-15 minutes per session.
How long does the battery last?
The battery life normally lasts 15-20 minutes, depending on usage. The battery quick charges 75% in 15 minutes and fully charges in 30 minutes. Once the charger turns green, take the battery out immediately. Overcharging the battery will decrease its life.
Why might the TheraGun G1 be skipping or bouncing during use?
There are a few reasons the TheraGun might skip or bounce on the body part that is being treated. The following are some helpful hints to avoid the skipping/bouncing reaction while using the TheraGun.
The TheraGun is not meant to be used on boney structures. If the TheraGun happens to land on a boney structure, it tends to bounce and kick back. If your intension is to work on boney structures, then it is very important that you lightly “float” the TheraGun over the boney structure that is being treated.
When the muscle being treated is tight and knotted, it will sometimes cause the TheraGun to bounce and kick back slightly. This is a normal response for some body parts. In this case, pull the TheraGun back from the body and reset it on the body part, but this time, just let it lightly “float” on the body part without applying pressure. This should help you manage any bouncing and shaking.
How much does the TheraGun G1 weigh?
The TheraGun weighs approximately 2 pounds and 8.2 ounces. The entire package weighs approximately 5 lbs.
What is your return policy?
